Reply Uyulala (Guest), January 2nd, 2014, 1:31 pm

It is bad, oh, so bad.
To the Wind his soul, to the Wild is mind.
Freed from the bound of his world, yet he remained all alone. Now, like then, Hero's mission is to save his remnants in order to save her remnants.

Now, I think I may know why is RGB "the worst monster"

I'd like to point this out... Isn't it interesting that Negative RGB just let Grief go? For all the other Fears, he viciously dragged them back when they tried to escape and purposely blocked them from getting away(last 2 pages). But with Grief, Negative RGB lets go of his weapons even before he's fully turned to face them. And Grief just walks away, despited seriously injuring and then killing RGB before. When they face each other at the end, it's almost as though they were having a silent conversation. Even before all this, when RGB is doing a new "head" count and comments on the situation he's in, it's true he calls them "a Grief" but he also calls himself "a Coward". For all we know Grief is their actual name and the two know and recognize each other. It's supported by the fact that while RGB was literally drowning in grief, he was still trying to communicate, to reason with them. Especially if you take into account what exactly he's saying to them.

"I know! I know you're upset..." "It wasn't my..." "I'm trying to h-"

So, based off of this evidence, I believe Grief is a character who has in the past met and may have "worked" with RGB. Something bad happens to them, and they blame RGB for it occurring. Despite this, and Grief's obvious state of distress, RGB still claims that he's just trying to help.

So, what did/does RGB do? What's his "job"? How is he "trying to help"?

Finding and bringing Heroes into his world for some as of yet unknown plot/purpose. We just know he needs a Hero, not why, and that he has tried and failed multiple times in the past. I believe that "Grief" was one of those failed Heroes. It would explain why he tried to talk them down, and why, even when he was still Negative, he let them go.

I have read much further along in this story, and there's a lot of supporting evidence up ahead for this "theory". Still it's just an educated guess on why Negative RGB decided to let them go, and what sort of context RGB would've said those words in. Just some food for thought. What'd you think?
